Fox poo...again
Of late foxy has decided my garden is a cool place to travel thru and his leavings on my lawn are getting to be a real pain. Some time ago this topic was up but no real good tips. The sonic repellents/smelly stuff etc gets a really bad feedback(works for dogs and cats but foxes dont give a monkey's. I raised a trellis on one side as that was the escape route but my neighbours fence on the other side is only 5' which is no barrier, so now foxy can't get out on the left side so clambers over the garage and craps on the drive as well. Never even seen the little ******. And yes it def is fox poo...black and firm or dark brown and squishy....Any genuine advice?

Ok uploaded my pic of my foxy visitor and it wouldn't let me write on same comment....Aaah I hear you say, isn't he/she beautiful? Yes if he's living in the country roaming wild maybe. But a huge Fox, part of a coven that lives by our group of houses in our small cul-de-sac... if you fancy this visitor to your tiny 30 foot garden, the size of a small Alsation, climbing in and out of your garden at will and in this pic, just sitting on my patio in broad daylight staring in at me. I regularly clear up black poo and me n neighbours fill up huge holes dug under fences and clean up other mess they create... I used to be against fox hunting but ...there's a guy with a rifle isn't there, a sort of Fox bounty hunter - legal but expensive...you can hire him... The council won't do anything due presumably to the 'aaah isn't he lovely brigade' s views being paramount ...

On the radio threw other day (can't remember which programme) someone advocated sprinkling chilli powder in the garden. Have not tried it yet, but plan to. That, or finding some men to piss on the garden.
I've blocked all the fox holes under the fences, but have left them a route at the end of the garden. I am hoping (so far it is working) that if they have one reliable route, they will not need to make more. Not sure if my method will fail if there are new foxes next year.

Radio 5 Live I think - what caught my ear was that the email/text was from 'Richard in Finsbury Park' - he said at the quantities he used it turned the garden orange, but it worked!

Defintely Radio 4, come to think of it, it was Saturday Live, and you're right one of them lived in Finsbury Park. Had forgotten that. What do you think - chilli power or flakes? I think flakes would be more aesthetically pleasing (than powder and fox poo).
