Dates for Beer and Seed Swap in October
Can it be that time again? Yes soon be time to swap seeds and stories of successes and failure this season all in the comfort of the Salisbury...oh and drink beer, plenty of beer
I plan to do an October evening so if you want to come, can you give me an idea of what days and dates would suit/not suit in October so I can set a date?

I should also add that people are most welcome to come who are trying to get started on their gardening. We usually have lots of spare seeds and, if our regulars come, you'll get lots of good gardening advice too.

Collating the three responses (one PM) I've had so far I'm looking at Tuesday 9th October so far. Thoughts?

That could be difficult. I would aim to avoid Salisbury on the Monday due to pub quiz. Wed/Thurs not poss for PM responder and Friday would probably mean no seats unless we do it really early.

That would exclude someone who is interested but its on the table if that's what the majority can do.

I was just thinking about this only today when I started collecting some verbascum seeds : )
I am out of the country early October and back on the 8th so 9th and any time after that would be great for me.

I think that's swinging it towards 9th.
btw What I do if someone can't come to our evenings is to post on HOL which seeds I have left over for people to lay claim to before donating them to local school/community gardens.

I'd love to come, thanks Liz. Am away for work, back on the 9th so will come if I'm up to it. Later in Oct would be easier for me but happy to work with what suits the majority.

Thanks Liz, would love to come and have lots of seeds to swap but October seem to be a busy month for me. My all Tues evenings are busy (2,9,16,23,30), other dates I cannot do are 6,16-18, 23,30. I still hope to be able to make it.
