The owners of Cyplon have been talking about moving out of Harringay for a few years now. Today I noticed that they seem to have finally taken the plunge and the 'For Sale' signs are up. This double-fronted premises between Hewitt and Allison is particularly large and will no doubt have a market appeal.
I see that the Coral bookmakers that closed down next door has just opened as a travel agent. I'm not sure whether or not it's being run by the party vacating Cyplon.
Details attache for anyone interested.

In theory it's too big to be changed from A1 to A3 under permitted development (although as we've seen recently there are potentially ways around that), it would have to go through planning permission to become a restaurant.
I beleive that has been for lease for nearly 5 years now. About 50 grand a year by memory.
The PSS website says it's "shortly to come to market". Could be a sales ruse I guess. I think it's £70k now.
Definitely a ruse. 70k..Upper St money
What's wrong with Tesco ?
They sell food.
Lots of people shop there
End of story.
John,
You have written a lovely story indeed.
Everything sounds so wonderfully simple in the world you describe.
I'd just like to comment on Cyplon whom I understand were moving to Palmers Green. They were really helpful when I booked a flight recently to Athens. I was able to collect my boarding pass from them a couple of days before the flight- far preferable to negotiating Heathrow's byzantine processes. I booked Aegean who were a delight, wining and dining me almost continuously throughout the flight. So much better than having to endure British Airways or Ryanair.
As for the question posed above by everybody else I can only quote Cliff from years and years back ..... let's face it we just don't know what's a-going to replace it.
We know what's replaced everything else though!
