Come to the KABARET - exciting new Cafe/ Bar/ venue opens in Wood Green

Exciting news - on 1^st September Kabaret the new Cafe/Bar @ Karamel, 4 Coburg Road, N22 6UJ - opens its doors!

Kabaret will offer an imaginative taste-driven menu of World Food, drawing on the very best of authentic dishes from around the globe. Cakes and sumptuous desserts will feature strongly, and quality coffee is a top priority. Also on offer; fresh juices and super healthy smoothies, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and raw food dishes. With Guest Chef nights and pop-up restaurants planned for the future.

The Bar specialises in craft beers - from the award winning Dominion & Pitfield breweries - fine wines, and ‘kocktails’. White Russians, the classic cocktail immortalised in The Big Lebowski will be a house speciality.

From Sept to Dec, there's packed programme of events and live music - highlights include the London Jazz Orchestra (on 10th Sept), and the magnificent Society of Imaginary Friends (on 27th Sept) who've performed at Glastonbury, and at this year's Green Gathering. And on 29th Sept, the age-defying Raw Food Goddess Mimi Kirk beams in from California to give a talk and demo a recipe from her book (meal included in the ticket price).

We are celebrating with 3 opening parties on the first 3 Fridays in September: 5th, 12th and 19th. DJs from the Luminous Frenzy Sound System will be spinning an eclectic, off the wall mix of house, disco, funk soul & reggae. Everyone welcome, free entry!

There's already a buzz building on social media about this new local hotspot, and, as you can see, the new neon sign above The Bar has just gone up!
