Chesnuts Summer Fair this Saturday

Come along to our Summer Fair for a fun afternoon out. We have pony rides, bouncy castle and gladiator arena, lots of delicious food and drinks, games, crafts, face painting, henna art, a fantastic raffle and music and dance performances from the children and parents at school and also from Park View children, Ghana Drumming workshop and the London Festival Singers.

I've looked at the weather forecast and increased my ice cream order so I'm hoping for a great afternoon!

It is a lovely poster.

I'm not sure whether I should be more excited about the pony rides or gladiator arena!

I'll be there promoting Girlguiding and Police Cadet opportunities for children and young people and volunteers in the area:

We are hoping to open a new Girlguiding Rainbow and Brownie Unit with the school cluster in this area. It would be lovely to speak to any parents / grandparents / community members interested in volunteering with us. All our units are run by a fantastic group of local volunteers. We already have a few people interested, but a few more would make all the difference. Come and have a chat to us on the day.

Looking forward to an ice cream too...
