Calling people renting from a private landlord to participate in academic research.

Are you renting from a private landlord in the London borough of Haringey? If so, I would like to invite you to participate in an academic research which explores people’s experiences of renting in London. I am looking for Haringey residents who would be willing to speak to me about the following issues:

• Your experience of renting in Haringey and in other parts of London;
• Your choices with regard to location within London and to the type and size of accommodation;
• Your levels of satisfaction with your rented accommodation;
• Your tenancy agreement and your relationship with landlords/letting agents;
• Your views of the neighbourhood where you live and the activities you do.

If you are interested in taking part in my research, we can schedule an interview at a time and place that best suits you (e.g. a public place such as a café or library). Interviews are planned to last between 30 min to one hour. They will be recorded and anonymised and our conversation will be kept confidential.
