Hi,

I was wondering which companies people used for Building Insurance.  I've recently completed a loft extension and it seems some insurance companies are not over keen on houses which have substantial flat roofs.  My flat is pretty standard for the ladder (front of the house is tiled with a rear facing dormer and the rear of the property is a flat roof).

I'd be especially interest in companies people are using which deal with joint freeholders.

Ours is a mostly flat roof after our extension and we use Esure
