Bollards on Hermitage, Eade and Vale Road

The [link] roadworks.org website has a flag on Vale Road stating:

"Removal of existing bollards to facilitate traffic management during resurfacing works in Hermitage Road and reinstatement of these bollards after resurfacing works".  Operating dates 13-15 Oct. Ditto Hermitage Road.

Weird because when I asked the guys working there just now (on corner of eade and hermitage roads) they said all the bollards are in place! Haven't looked myself though!
