Hi, just seeing who's available for having a look and quoting on a job that needs doing.
Basically we need some pipes and electricity lowered under a floor. They need to be underneath the floor as boxing them is not an option. I'm aware that the boiler would need to be drained and this can cause problems when flushed so looking for someone who's confident and knows what they are doing so no handyman replies please as new boilers are expensive if this breaks.

Thanks Snoot for your very well illustrated description of your requirement. Would you let me know where the property is located? I am specialist water plumber working mainly within about a mile of Stroud Green. I will of course need a Gas Safe plumber to sign off any works I do on a gas pipe but I think I can arrange that.
