Big Double Room to rent from 20th Feb

I'm looking for someone to replace me in this lovely houseshare on Fairfax Road. 

It's a great house to be locked down in so if you are fed up of your current place and want somewhere light, spacious and friendly with a gorgeous garden, then you are looking at the right advert :)

THE ROOM
UPSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM
£559 PER MONTH - AVAILABLE FROM 20TH FEB

This big upstairs double room is available from the 20th Feb. This room is really light, with a big high window looking onto the garden. It comes with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

THE HOUSE
We have a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and lots of cupboards. There's a shared lounge as well with comfy sofas. The house comes with a garden with a lawn and flower beds that Julie takes care of and there's a barbeque for when the weather gets warmer. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower, and an extra toilet downstairs.

THE FLATMATES
This is a 4 bedroom house with no couples. You'll be living with Julie who is a teacher and loves gardening, Chiara who works in a recording studio, and Valentina who works in fashion and textiles. The neighbours are lovely as well and always happy to chat over the fence or in pre-lockdown days would take in parcels if no one was around.

Lockdown is intense so we're looking for someone who is chilled out and friendly. Ideally you'll be friendly, relaxed and clean, able to entertain yourself but also up for sitting in the garden with a beverage of your choice chatting until late!

THE AREA
The house is located at the top of the Harringay Ladder close to some great local pubs and cafes when they reopen. Lots of great takeaways and little Turkish grocery stores as well. Further north is Wood Green with a big shopping centre and supermarkets.

There are locals parks and lots of nice streets to walk/run/cycle round. Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace are both walkable!

The overground and tube is quite near which has the Piccadilly line. There are also loads of buses at the end of the road and a bus depot in Wood Green with lots of other routes.

MOVING IN DETAILS
The house is managed by an agency so they collect references and deposit (£575). It will be a new 12 month tenancy with your name on the contract. Bills generally average at £70 per month and we handle these between ourselves, would ideally like people who would be willing to take on one of the bills themselves too.

The room is available from the 20th February, not before, and we can be flexible if you want to move in later than that.

We can't accept couples, sorry!
