always check reviews online (Google, yell, yelp, trust pilot) before appointing as a appointment of surveyor under the party wall Act can't be rescinded once made.

If you require a structural Engineer let me know as I know a few decent guys.
Prices for the S.E. work will depend on what needs calculating
