Yes I've been reading about Cllr Haley's greener streets. If he continues to ignore my phone calls he'll increase my nervous energy to the point where he can roll me out across the borough. Wotta load of bollards!

Is there a single person who has ever had a communication answered by Councillor Haley?
I'm beginning to wonder if he really exists or whether all those photos have been 'Photoshoped'.

Cllr Halley does exist unfortunately. But he unfortunately only exists to represent Atterbury Rd N4.

'Scuse me for butting in but oddly enough my girlfriend has just been ranting about the state of rubbish in...well, I was going to say Haringey but actually i mean Green Lanes. Great to have the name of someone to besiege. Cllr Haley eh? RIGHT...
