Green Lanes Premises Licences up for Review for Failing to Prevent Crime and Disorder

My attention has been drawn to two licences which are under review for Green Lanes premises. I know only what's below. Both were noted as "Period Ends" on 27th March - I assume that's a deadline for residents et al to comment. Anyone know any more?

Mizgin Restaurant, 485 Green Lanes, London, N4 1AJ - Review of Premises Licence for failure to uphold the Licensing Objective of The Prevention of Crime and Disorder - Provision of Late Night Refreshment

Istanbul Restaurant, 441 Green Lanes - Review of Premises Licence for failure to uphold the Licensing Objective of The Prevention of Crime and Disorder - Provision of Late Night Refreshment, Supply of Alcohol

That comes as a surprise - Mizgin always seems alright, but I guess I only use it very rarely at about 7pm on a weekday when i know that i wont be bothered to cook something up at home.
I have no idea what its like when it gets late.
I agree, we often go in there to eat 'en famille' but admittedly at lunchtime. In fact, we had some lovely food from there for lunch today!
What I think is silly is that these premises have to close at 2am on a Saturday and Sunday morning when people are coming out of the pubs and maybe getting off a bus from town looking for a late night bite to eat.
