Technically Lauren, if they are at the bottom of your garden I reckon they are your trees, no? If so, then (while we are a bit rule-lite in this little adventure) I reckon you could not make a claim.
I suggest you dump them outside your wall, give me a heads up and we split the winnings when I claim to have the winning photo!!!
