2-bed Short-Term Let Needed - starting in April 2016

We've got a two-bed garden flat available from 26th May to 25th August.

It's in Stroud Green, about 7 mins walk from Finsbury Park station.

Would those dates suit you? Unfortunately we can't be flexible on dates.

The cost would be £1700 per month and that would include all bills (water, heating, electricity, council tax, broadband and UK landline calls).  It's a lovely flat and the garden gets a lot of sun in the summer. It's actually got three bedrooms but we are shutting one of them up to store our stuff in, and we can be flexible about which bedroom we shut up. So you can choose between two double bedrooms, or one double bedroom and one single (child's) bedroom. Hope that makes sense!

Hi Donna. Thanks for getting in touch. I saw your place on Airbnb - it looks lovely. We have to be out of here by the middle of May at the latest, so I don't think your dates are going to work for us. If anything changes, please let us know, as we'd definitely be interested in renting it off you for the whole time. Thanks, N
