Our flat is in Belmont Rd N15. We are the tenants of 8 years and are moving out this month, and we wanted to share with the forum members this good opportunity for somewhere to live.

It is a nice small ground floor flat (of 4) in a converted victorian house with high ceilings. Rent is £950 pcm plus all the usual bills.

The other occupants of the property own their flats and have been here a long time, and we've lots of nice neighbours who are mostly quiet. It is near to Downhills Park / Lordship Rec and about ten minutes walk to Turnpike Lane. There are good independent shops and restaurants (Cudi, Buonissimo) and now we also have Tesco and Sainsbury battling it out on West Green road round the corner, which does actually come in handy and keeps me oout of their big stores.
