I've had some recent experience dealing with the Council over the Festival etc as an volunteer unpaid for Transition Crouch End - got a licence from the planning dept to use the Town Hall Square. I'd like to make some calls to the people I've come across in the Council to find out more about the rules (what you can and can't do) you OK with that?
