Beginner Pilates
Hello. I just wanted to give a shout out for a brand new beginner Pilates class I tried out today. There were only 3 of us there so I think she can do with some more people. I haven’t done Pilates for a good 6 years and a thought I was broken after an hour I had no idea my back was so stiff ! I took it easy though and feel alit better for it today.
