Seemingly lost young tortoiseshell and white cat - black patch over one eye - hanging around Chesterfield Gardens (Warwick Gdns end) - pink collar

Hi a young - maybe 8-10months -  little cat quite playful hanging around last few hours in front gardens/in road (concerningly) and under cars - seemingly lost -  standing on bins trying to see into houses - rotating between next door to me  (either side) and my house.

Can't get to touch him/her but they will come near enough to take some biscuits put on pavement then run and hide under cars. I'm very concerned as they have now been around for a few hours and seemingly lost and there are foxes and traffic around.

Pretty little tortoiseshell with black patch over one eye - quite small - I've two elderly cats who wouldn't take kindly to another cat/kitten in the house even if could lure in for safety. My neighbour has said seen it in the last few days around their back garden apparently too.

Wearing a pink collar - I can't get near enough to see if has a tag or address. Hope the owners see this - posted Sunday night 16th April 10.15pm

He/She is around outside 112-116 Chesterfield Gardens. I'm leaving my front shed open a bit so they have somewhere safe to hide (hopefully) but he/she keeps going out in the road and there is traffic around which gets faster in the night... 

Please share/get them home safely.
