It says that Fairview homes expect people to be moving in to the new development on Hampden Rd NEXT YEAR! I've registered as a buyer and have heard nothing.
Was this written by "Elan Silver" or just someone who thought it would be cool to name drop him a lot?

Also the house on Duckett Road is not a 7 bedroom house is a 4 ... not quite a subtle piece of PR .. Living in Harringay is wonderful. Too bad none of the real reasons why this neighbourhood is a gem were mentioned.
