It seems to be an prediction of traffic flows should option 4 be implemented. I would imagine that at least some of this data was gathered from observations taken during the closure.
In fairness, I'm not sure why the junction at Highgate station would be affected.
Not the "bin lorry" that hurtled down Lausanne Rd at 6:30 or so this morning.
When we say "closed" and Joe says "Filtered" we mean the same thing but it's just "closed to through traffic", the bin lorries will still get there but they won't be using it as an early morning cut through over the speed humps.
6:30 again this morning and again at 7:10 or so. There's been a massive HGV problem with not just council lorries but they seem to be the ones I can do nothing about. Here is a link to all the discussions over the years tagged HGV.
