Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
A ladder Run
I know there have been a couple of ladder runs in the past, cant find them when i search. i wondered if it has been this year or if there is likely to be one in the next few mths
I havent paid attention in the past as I have always hated running but Im giving it a little go now, with the emphasis on "Little"
Just thought if there was something in the future to work towards or even bit social, might me more fun

Ah yes, thats what it was called, well sounds like it will be every other year, so next year
Bit upset though as I thought working upto doing 5Km would be great, but they call that the easy one, and the 10km the proper one
Well i can see i have a bit of work to do,

I think the crouch end ymca 5km is happening next month. Starts & ends at priory park, via ally pally.

Are you familiar with parkrun? Free, timed 5km every Saturday at 9am, all over the UK including in Finsbury Park. Register for your personal barcode, get your finish time emailed to you, and show up every week to try and beat your time. It's very inclusive, some people walk the course. Check parkrun.org.uk out!
