Looking for an electrician who actually does small jobs!

Have a downstairs toilet light that seems to have died and I can't work out why, and two lights in a study that suffer similarly. Have tried a couple of sparkies, but they're not interested in such a small job. Anyone know someone who might be?

We found Ed Gravett on here does small jobs. He has done a couple for me and he is great.
He books whole days out for odd jobs for customers and is very reliable.
