Free Ikea Day Bed
Hello.
We have a black / brown Ikea day bed (the same as the one pictured) to give away.
It's in good condition and we're only getting rid of it as we have run out of space.
We bought it new 5 years ago.
You can have the mattresses too - they're the thin foam kind that are recommended with the bed and they have washable covers.
It was only ever used as an occasional guest bed in a non smoking home.
I wouldn't say it was the most amazing piece of furniture I've ever bought but we liked it nonetheless. With the recommended mattresses when the bed is pulled out as a double (as pictured) it's not that comfortable, but absolutely fine for the odd guest stay. And when it's in the day bed format with the 2 mattresses on top of one another, it's a really comfy single bed / cosy sofa to have nap and read etc. You can obviously buy a better mattress for it, depending on what you use it for. The drawers are an excellent size and provide really good storage. It looks nice as a day bed.

- Pick up only from N15, very close to the Salisbury pub.

I am gonna check tonight the size on my room and if the 211 cm lenth fits I am definitely interested!
Does it come dismantled (I have a tiny entrance door :( )?

No problem. Yep, it's dismantled but you'll have to pick it up - is that ok? Quite long panels. I'll send a pic later (if your measurements work out). Let me know :-)

Hi Nat! It fits. I take it 99%! Now the Problem is that i don t habe a car and need to arrive almost to Turnpike Lane tube station. Would you say a car is necessary even if the bed is dismantled and if yes a normal size car is enough? I will need to check and arrange the pick up with someone!
