Any recommendations for a local venue for English Classes?

Hi Sureka

Sounds like a fantastic initiative. Have you thought of approaching the Kurdish Community Centre in Portland Gardens, off Green Lanes in N4? I am unsure if it's near enough to Bounds Green but it might be worth considering.

Hi Sureka. Don't take this the wrong way - I'm serious. There may be some momentum in the Council you could exploit. Ask about the Civic Centre.

You should look up Sue Day from Caritas Westminster. http://rcdow.org.uk/caritas/north-london-hub/

She has assisted the local church to start a project for migrants recently in the area.

I think there's a new place near the St Ann's Rd junction with Salisbury Road called LMS, I think it's a cafe-style language school but I may be wrong. Very cosy looking. Good luck with this.
