Builder / stone supplier for doorstep replacement
Hi, I am looking for someone to replace my stone front doorstep (it has worn away over 100 years to the point where there's now a huge gap under the door).
I am looking for someone who is happy to supply and fit a new yorkstone step.
I have tried some of the folks who do the grand flights of stairs in front of posh London houses and strangely enough they want a hilarious amount of money!

Well worth giving David O'Doherty a ring on 07830119421. He's a great and honest builder and has completed quite a few extensions and refurbs in the area. He's also done quite a lot of restoration and is particularly expert in brick and I believe stone work. He certainly wont rip you off and if it requires a specialist he is not averse in recommending a suitable and trustworthy tradesperson. Good luck.
