Yes, I've seen such in the Choc Factory on open days but no idea whether they are available to the public...

I think there is an art shop at the foot of Muswell hill that does pottery classes. They may be able to help.

Alternatively, there may be a wheel lurking in some dusty cupboard at Alexandra Palace.
