Isn't the existing Vietnamese near the Salisbury called the Hanoi Pho? Perhaps the same people are moving? Would be odd to have two competing Vietnamese places with the same name...

But I thought they didn't cook there - well no frying anyway, which is a bit limiting for a Vietnamese! Hopefully the new place will be more of a restaurant.

Why does everyone seem so negative here? I found the restaurant next to the Salisbury to be very good on numerous occasions.
