Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Thank you to Friends of Fairland Park
We attended the film night last night and it was really good fun. We will definitely make a point of attending these in future. Particular mentions have to go to the lovely little Princess Leias. Good effort girls. Next time I must remember insect repellant and a torch! Just one little recommendation - perhaps you could ask for a "suggested" donation as I think I wasn't the only person to be unsure what an appropriate amount should be. Hope you raised lots of cash and thank you again for your efforts.

One of the reasons I am such an enthusiast about this event is that it is carefully constructed in such a way that EVERYONE can participate at the same level. There is no way to be ostentatious about your income because there's nothing expensive to buy. There is no way to look obviously poor because everything is priced very cheaply (at a little above cost, and due to a pricing error with the wine, cost). A suggested donation would go against this ethos, no?
