If you want to escape the hype and 200% mark up of everything "romantic", take your partner to Brentford v Port Vale at Griffin Park. No increased prices for valentines day, a pub on each corner of the ground (Fullers mainly) and a romantic Pie and Bovril (Marmite for Veggos) supper at half time. Wrap up warm and cuddle up and watch the drama.

Actually, i think what the lay-deez would really like for Valentine's Day is one of these new Sony gizmos,
as reported on The Onion.
