Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Can anyone recommend a good fridge engineer?
Our Hotpoint 2 drawer fridge , orginally from Ikea is not very cold. It is 7 years old and might need a new part - (the condenser ) Hotpoint have terrible customer service reviews so would prefer not to deal direct with them. We might have to order the part through them though. Anyone know a good fridge engineer?

When I have trouble with appliances my go to place is that shop in middle lane that does repairs and sells new items. Can't remember the name but it's at the Couch End end and there's only one I think it's name is initials It's run by a collective of guys who are honest and reliable as the day is long and extremely reasonable in their charges. They fitted an oven for me and John Lewis were going to charge 80 whereas they charged 40. They have also fixed washing machines and hoovers for me.

Having the same problem with an integrated fridge. After calling them, they re getting lots of calls due to the hot weather. Fridge motors have to work twice as hard with integrated fridges, lacking air circulation, as they re effectively boxed in or concealed in units.
The sensible advice in order to improve air flow, try taking down the kick plate.
