Luca, I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. IMHO, if you want a successful outcome I think it might be wiser if you don't post any further public updates until your case is finalised. I think you should really discuss what you have already shared with your investigator, who may well advise you to delete or make private this posting. 

In short- don't "Keep the updates coming" if you want to secure a conviction.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. If there is a trial, best to make sure your investigator is aware- they have strict disclosure obligations to the Defence. Many defendants walk because of failures in disclosure...

The issue would be if it ended up being a jury trial, the defence would ask any potential jurors if they had seen this thread/were members of HOL and then rule these people out as it could prejudice the trial. There's always the possibility a juror could Google it even though they will be instructed not to. Kill the thread and update us when it's all over.
