Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi,

We just moved into the area (Weatbury avenue) and our cat has managed to escape. He was last seen on Westbury Avenue at 12 am 12th May (Thurssday).

He is a brown and black tabby with a white chin. He does not have a collar but it's microchipped. He responds to 'Duck'. He is a very nervous and shy cat so may be hiding in your garden or shed.

There is a cash reward if he is found and returned to us.

He means a lot to me and I've had him since he was a kitten so I am really anxious and want him back. Please help me find Duck!

We shall keep a lookout, what a lovely cat. Well done for microchipping him, if only everyone were so sensible. Is he neutered? Remember to call the microchip company, tell them he is missing and check that they have your correct contact details.
It often helps to empty some contents of your hoover outside your home (or put out something which has his scent, such as litter from his tray) so that he can recognise the scent to find his way home.

Flyers are useful, including roads with gardens backing on to your garden.

You can put details of a lost pet on Animal Search with photos, and it's free to do that.

Stokey Cats and Dogs are good at helping with lost and found pets. There are useful tips on what to do if your pet is missing on their website.

Thank you!

I have contacted the microchip company and set up a profile on animal search. Fingers crossed he will be returned ASAP! Neighbours have seen him around but I'm wondering if there's another tabby roaming around. Just want him back safe and sound :(

Ditto will keep an eye out, my garden seems to be a cat highway so if I see him I'll let you know!

Thank you!!
