Chatting with one of the Harringay estate agents recently I learned that a Ladder house sold for over £1 million this year.
This good-news-for-some-bad-news-for-others piece of gossip comes with sting in the tail (or a sugar-coating, depending on your perspective). With a worldwide economic correction looming, it may well be that the price rise we've all been accustomed to over the past few years are about to stall, or possibly event reverse.

Could it be the house on Frobisher which is going to be replaced with lots of units and a new building? The one you posted is not semi-detached so the side return extension wont be that large and much of it is just styling (with the help of Ikea).
I think the owner has punted that house a few at some pretty racy prices. According to the local agents the price it had been marketed at was always unrealistic. It's seems pretty certain it was the Seymour house.
I just noticed this Mattison house at a racy £1,150,000
