Recommendations for wooden door restorers
I have some doors with a thousand layers of paint on them. I want them stripped back to the wood so I can repaint. Has anyone found someone locally to do this? Any idea of cost? Thanks.

I had a door 'dipped' at http://www.londondoorstripping.co.uk/ off Crews Hill - can't remember the cost but not that expensive and they can collect and deliver if that's easier.

Oh yes, friends of mine used them too. They even do a same day pick up and return service for front doors...
