It is a short term / per week price (a bit like an Air B&B price) - I'm sure if you wanted it for the whole period, or a big chunk of it, it could be negotiated!

I guess if you are coming to London on holiday and its four people ( 2 bed flat) it's only £50 a night

Emma* we're talking about rent price not holiday/B&B - Councils are forced to house vulnerable people for these rental prices due to market forces is that fair ?
