Where can I donate food?

There is a winter night shelter for the homeless at Woodberry Down, which is very close to Harringay. I know they are looking for donations between now and 11 March, so would be grateful of your tins! Bit more info here: http://www.vartry.org/winter-night-shelter-2016

Hi, 

There is an app called OLIO which works a bit like freecycle for food, you download it and you get updates of what is available for people to collect.  There are also drop off points, if I remember rightly the one in Harringay is at the Harringay Local Store on Green Lanes.

Leave it at the door at 49 Mattison Road. The good people there run a shelter for homeless refugees and a soup kitchen in Hackney every Sunday.

If anyone has any food they wish to donate, the Holy Trinity Foodbank Stroud Green is now open every Sunday from 1.3-3.30pm. It's based at the Holy Trinity Church Hall in Stroud Green, Haringey, North London, N4. Check the website for details: http://www.holytrinityfoodbank.org.uk/
