I'd like to recommend Julia Smith's blogspot about walks you can do from Harringay - the recent Christmas lights one looks lovely, and the photos are great even if you don't have time/inclination to do the footwork. (I wasn't able to go, unfortunately, so thanks for the pictures Julia.)

I thought this was really good and would like to have put a comment on her blog but can't be doing with yet another forum to create an account for.
