I used Ian Johnstone of Think Positive. He stood by me while I tried to purchase for over 18 months then sorted a Buy to Let/Residential combination. I'm not sure I would have completed a purchase without Ian's help. They have an office near Moorgate although I originally I got details from a recommendation posted at Crouch End running club, he isn't a local.

Bhavik based at Kings Group on Green Lanes - N15 end, was amazing, having a v complex situation he got me sorted when others failed to. He is independent to the Estate Agent but based at the back. Pls say I recommended.

I wholeheartedly recomend Monica Bradley of MBA associates. She and her team have been excellent and very supportive and hear she has quite a reputation. Monica has negotiated a difficult mortgage for me, taken no nosense from estate agents and offered excellent decent advice in plain English.
