Open to renting out my flat, starting beginning of December up until March. These dates are ideal, but willing to flex for the right person/family.

Thank you for contacting me and we would be more than interested and could take it from as early as 5th December if the money is right and we could agree a lump sum until March. We have actually already moved out of our flat on Crouch Hill and are in Grand Parade flat sitting presently. Let me know thoughts on money as I don't want to waste your time.

Not a problem.
I am looking to go away around that time, so could work quite well.
It really depends on whether bills are included or not. I have been offered £1350 per month earlier today by someone else on Haringey online. This just covers the mortgage, but would look to include all bills like water, tax, good wifi etc. I would just need to organise something with electricity and gas. What is most important for me are dates and good local people - so the right coverage and the thought that I dont need to be concerned when overseas.
I am based on the Haringey Ladder. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom with garden. Everything is in good working order, and I have been organising coverage (e.g. electrical, plumbing etc) the past few days while I am away, and sorting everything out internally so there won't be any problems/all easy. Having said that I am only an email or call away, and I will ask local friends to help too. I am happy to take photos today, or around today/tomorrow and Friday if you prefer to come see it in person?
