Garden, household and Builders waste clearance

Can anyone recommend a honest Company to remove some household, garden and Builders rubbish please. I have cleared a room, Shed, garden and removed an old chimney breast. There are a few old books and children's toys as well. We had a Company in today who only removed half of the agreed items, despite a verbal agreement to take it all away. They demanded an exorbitant amount of extra money to complete the job. Please come and see the rubbish to let me know if you can handle the job before we agree a price.
