New Bathroom - Recommendations

Hi Guys

I need a brand new bathroom. Including ripping out the old one, knocking the old wall between toilet and bath sink in, a brand new suite, new ceiling tiling lock stock the lot!

Has anyone done this?, any numbers or advice more than welcome.
