A real shame but perhaps predictable given the sensitives, particularly with recent events!  Personally I think the images speak for themselves, as the saying goes: 'a picture paints a thousand words!'

Mind you, I have seen non political street art in the borough vandalised in exactly the same way.

This reminds me of similar "editing" here in Harringay Road. There's now a starling in its place, which nobody seems to object to.
