Will keep a lookout for him, what a lovely cat.
Well done for neutering and microchipping him, if only everyone were so sensible. Remember to call the microchip company, tell them he is missing and check that they have your correct contact details.
It often helps to empty some contents of your hoover outside your home as he will recognise scent even if quite far away. You're right, flyers are useful in the area, including the road with gardens backing on to your garden.
You can put details of a lost pet on www.animalsearchuk.co.uk with good close up photos - make sure his whole face/markings shown clearly. It's free to do this.
You probably do this anyway, so this is just general advice to other cat owners out there - it's a good idea to lock the catflap at night so that cats are safe inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured.
I have flagged him up to Stokey Cats and Dogs (who help with lost and found pets in North London). There are also good tips on finding a lost cat on here www.stokeycatsanddogs.co.uk
Thank you for the your helping I will have a look at their website I am very worry he never done that before and again thank you for the tip about the hoover thing will do it tonight
Thanks
Just posted on another thread that I saw a similar-looking cat by the canal path near Umfreville Road today
I went there sadly no sign of Baz will drop flyers tomorrow maybe someone has seen him
Sorry to hear that. I would put flyers through the doors of people who live on Umfreville. It was definitely a ginger and white cat I saw but I guess it could belong to someone who lives around there
A ginger and white cat has been found in the area of Muswell Avenue N10. I've put details on here so you can have a look at the photos, just in case.
