Subaru YS53 WRX - Genius parking (not), Wightman Rd

Just went out to put some recycling in our wheelie bin and saw there's a Subaru reg YS53 WRX parked entirely on the pavement outside the block of flats next to 57 WIghtman Rd. Genius move as it's taking up most of the (narrow) pavement, leaving people to struggle past, even more so if they have a pram or suitcase in tow. Empty parking spots less than 1m away. Lovely...
