Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
I asked for recommendations.
DO NOT use ARKAY. I was visited by Mark Heraklides, their Sales Executive, who was rude and totally unprofessional. He took my email address to send a quote which I have still not received and when I phoned the Company was pushed from pillar to post and got no where. DO NOT USE THEM !!

Obviously up to you but I thought they were bad news. I also contacted SpringVale Windows 01708 348989/342400 who have been incredibly professional and efficient. Good Luck

Hi Jacky, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the rep from Arkay after the recommendations made on your last thread. I dealt with a man called Abu who was polite and efficient, but of course there may be different people working for them now. What counts in the end is the quality of the technical assessment (not the sales person) and the fitters. The components are fairly standard, whichever firm you choose.
Maybe someone from the firm can reply? Like the excellent feedback from Cem in response to comments about Cafe Lemon recently.

I am afraid even trying to talk to someone in the Company was a nightmare. Got pushed from pillar to post and eventually gave up. Have NO confidence in them managing anything !
