Reliable builders needed

Hi

I'm currently trying to get some quotes together for replastering and some possible shelving work in our house. This as ever is proving a struggle as we have limited time to wait in at home and plenty of companies don't respond or send a quote after visiting.

Can anyone recommend a good tried and tested builder? I currently only have one quote in the bag so can't make companions. Last time I was on here someone recommended Haynes Building Services who came round to have a look but then didn't send a quote and then ignored my subsequent reasonable attempts to contact them, so not Haynes, please :)

Disclaimer: I've checked the tags but anything recent enough to be still relevant is too specialised.
