Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

SPANISH SPEAKING LESSONS AND GROUPS

Does any one have any idea where beginners can meet to get Spanish Speaking skills, attend Latino meetings and where there are Latin American groups who meet in Haringey - NEED TO START ON THE ROAD LEARNING SPANISH AGAIN! BUT SERIOUSLY THIS TIME!! So any help with teachers and groups is greatly appreciated!!!!

ps. If we could do weekend daytime that would be a bonus so those of us with munchkins could bring them along? My 4-year-old is learning spanish too!

My wife and I would also be keen to practice our basic conversational Spanish. Seems like we have enough interest to start a weekend group. Sundays at Café Blend?

(Sorry for not attending salsa recently, Sureka, might come along to the ones at Turnpike Lane as more convenient for us)

No worries at all! You can book online for Salsa on Fridays at www.omnida.co.uk (I don't run that night, I just turn up and teach :) It would great to see you back! Re: Spanish meetups, Sundays would be good for me too - 12-2pm maybe? xx

Hi there!

I've just joined HO and I might be able to help. I live around Chestnuts park and my Spanish is quite good (I'd say advanced level), so I believe I'd be able to help you out a bit. I'd be more than happy to join the group (if you don't mind South American Spanish accent, as I've learned most of it as an exchange student in Chile and I currently work with 2 Venezuelan women).

Weekends are fine. On weekday evenings I'm usually too tired.
Just so you know, my Spanish is not great, I'm aware I make some mistakes as I haven't had much formal study but I believe I can help a lot a group of beginners. I wish it had come up
a couple of years ago, when I had Spanish roommates. I've got no idea of their whereabouts now.
