Ah, that one. Thanks. Only been in there once--don't remember much about it. I did, though, pop into the nursery the other day. Great place - in need of some professionalism/TLC. Anyone know when the new cafe at the entrance of Downhills Park opens? Liz? It looks almost complete. I gather the chaps who run the Banc are behind it?

Don't think it was a former toilet block (that one is nearer the middle of the park and turned into an art gallery isn't it?).

I think it was a gate/park keepers house/hut.

I grew up on Woodberry Down Estate and it most definitely was a toilet block!

Hi Thea

I think it was a purpose built toilet block (there used to be loads around) - it used to come in very handy in the 1950s when we were allowed to 'play out' all day,particularly in the summers holidays!!
