I wonder what the story is here? With 82 members it must be beyond the realm of a lone man's revenge campaign.

Nothing to see, unless you fraudulently join up.  Persuade them to make it public?  Or does that lead to libel charges?

I reckon it is just a jokey title. If you have to deal with the public, you are going to suffer.

They should use Glassdoor - everyone gets to read that, including the employer...
